The focus was the Mandala; working within the ‘sacred circle’ and noticing what happens in our body as we create.
People freely chose their creative approach and materials. As they drew, coloured or cut and pasted, everyone reported that the tension in their bodies lessened; they stated that their breathing slowed and lowered in their chest, and they all said they experienced a quietening of their mind. Everyone shared their ideas about how they could apply this experience in the stressful times that might arise during the holiday season.
